If I were selling the 5th. wheel, I would not replace the couch or recliner. You could end up spending $800 to $1000 and I don't think that will add that much selling value. I don't buy from Camping World but they tend to have the cheapest prices along with cheapest quality.

What about the possibility of having them professionally reupholstered? If they're showing substantial wear, you'll definitely want to reupholster or replace them.
Many buyers get turned off by unsightly furniture when buying used (as they do with unsightly car interiors). The perception is (although usually unwarranted) that if the furniture is that worn out, how worn out is the rest of the RV?

Ashleys or some other lesser known furniture stores in town. All recliner backs come off and sofas can be taken apart and put through the door.
I'd sell it without and discount it a bit. Let the new buyer get their own.

As a buyer of used 5th I like to pick my new furnature.
Please give me enough troubles, uncertainty, problems, obstacles and STRESS so that I do not become arrogant, proud, and smug in my own abilities, and enough blessings and good times that I realize that someone else is in charge of my life.

Did not think of reupolstering, good idea. The top of the couch is torn so have to do something. Recliners are good so I can just leave them. Thanks

Maybe a futon (have to watch length, tho) in place of a sofa? Or I see some purchase from IKEA? I think futons are now called Click Clack...

If you can find a piece that fits, it doesn't have to be RV specific.
