Might go look at a 2012 Southwind 32VS. Can't find it in the brochure if the tanks are heated by a 12V pad or the furnace.

Anybody know?

Thanks

Call Fleetwood with the VIN number and inquire --- 1-800-322-8216.

Check control panel(s) for Heat Pad On/Off Switch
Check wet bay area for ducted heat source

Yes I plan to do that if I go look at it.

If there were electric pads there should be a set of switches to activate them. Not likely or you would know.

Perhaps I need to be clearer.

I have not looked at it. As stated in the original post, I may go look at it. It's 3 hours away. The seller is unable to confirm right now. It does not have that detail in the brochure.

So, if anyone that OWNS a Southwind, maybe those owners could respond to my question.

Most likely it's heated by the furnace.

What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.
Can't we all just get along?

Fleetwood makes several different MH models, Pace arrow, Bounder and Southwind are some of the Class A products. All were built pretty much the same.

Fleetwood has been heating the wet bays in their class A MH with the furnace(s) since 1986.
