Help identifying type of light fixture

I'm not familiar with this type of light. I have two of these in a 2002 5th wheel that I recently bought and neither of them are working. How do you release the bulb to change it?

The flanges retain the lens.

I would suggest the use of bulb grease when replacing bulbs/lamps.

As you pull, wiggle it. It may be corroded in place.

You just pull the lamp out as it looks like a 921
921 bulb
