I ordered a rear sway bar, a Roadmaster, my brother and I had a hell of a time trying to figure out how it went around a differential after a bunch of phone calls I found out that I have airbags and it would not fit. Does anyone have a Hellwig sway bar with airbags on an F350?

I had a 2003 F350 4x4 longbed with Airlift 5000 bags and a roadmaster anti sway bar and it fit fine. As I remember there were 2 models of anti sway bars from roadmaster one that fit with airbags.

Some airbag must under the frame rails while others mount outboard of the rails. Which ones are you running?

I have a 2019 F350 CCLB SRW and I am running a Hellwig BR Swaybar on the front as well as the back.
I also have some Airlift 5000 bags along with the onboard compressor mounted underneath.
My bags are mounted directly below my frame rails and sit on top of the axle leaf spring spacer arm just on the inside of my leaf springs.
No problems at all installing everything that I can remember.

My 2005 F250 had the OEM stabilizer bars front and rear along with the outboard Firestone airbags with no interference issues. Does the Roadmaster install with the down links in front of the axle like the OEM? Where is your bar getting hung up?

. Yes the roadmaster hooks up with the downlinks in the front of the axle everything is toward the front and we could not bring the sway bar around on top of the differential the airbag was in the way. I wish when I ordered they asked me if I had airbags

We have a 2011 F350, diesel, XLT shortbox, SRW. Firestone Ride-rite airbags & Hellwig Bigwig rear sway bar go together fine.

So for thoes that have rear sway bars, do you find it afects how your truck handels when you go off road? I was looking at one for my truck but was told if I go to places that take a bit of 4x4ing to get into, not to put one on.

Empty truck, yes it’ll hang a rear wheel in the air quicker. But takes bigger terrain than most fine acceptable or inviting to twist up a 22’ long 8klb truck where it’s lifting tires.
Loaded with camper, the weight will twist the sway bar plenty for any terrain you’d tackle with a TC onboard and still stay rubber side down and not high centered.
