Hand Hold to Climb into upper bunk

I have seen a picture some place of a strap "hand hold" on the wall of the upper bunk bed  to help the child climb in the the bed. Has any one added some type of hand hold?  Any photo or suggestion would be helpful.

Please give me enough troubles, uncertainty, problems, obstacles and STRESS so that I do not become arrogant, proud, and smug in my own abilities, and enough blessings and good times that I realize that someone else is in charge of my life.

As long as you're at Home Depot.  Here is a handhold like I mentioned using.

On a previous TT with bunks, I basically did the same as @ewarnerusa . What I used were handles meant for use on an outdoor plays set. Fast, easy, cheap and held up great to use/abuse.

I added a nylon rock climbing wall handhold for this purpose.  Another down lower for a foot hold.
