Grand Design Reflection 220, Anybody got 1?

Anyone have a Grand Design Reflection 220? Thinking about looking to get 1. They are a bit more expensive than a Kz Rv Sportsmen 231RK.
Just looking for a short 5th wheel that can fit in the older campgrounds across America.

Any info on Quality would help. I have to travel a ways to compare the 2 units.

TIA

We are also looking at Grand Design. They appear to be good quality compared to other similar brands and have a lot of nice features. We like the floor plan for the 295RL. The opposing slides make a really big living space but you still get access to fridge and bathroom with the slides in. Also like the heated underbelly and basement. And itโ€™s only 9995 GVW and pin weight of 1391.

Would also love to hear from other GD owners about their experience.

Looked very close at one a couple weeks ago at an RV show. Some good some bad.
Bad. The step going into the bedroom squeaked really really bad. Re-screwing would help, maybe. The dinette table top that attaches to the front of the sofa spun around way to easy and was wobbly. It would be very difficult to eat without spilling something.
No access to the upstairs when the slides in. Very low cargo capacity. From what I read on the Grand Design forums the cabinets frames are made from MDF.
R values way overrated. If you've ever seen the actual roof framing you can see that they taper down to hardly anything at the outside edges. Meaning you're getting almost zero R value out there.

The good. Nice rear kitchen counter area. Great storage for such a small 5th wheel. Nice pop up tv directly across from seating. Big plus is the window over the tv counter. Nice closet in the bedroom.
We actually spent some time in it without other people for a while. After 10 mins it felt cramped. Just didn't have a nice open airy feeling.

Ive been thinking 5th wheel for my 1500 truck and the winnebago 25rks with an 820 pin weight is enticing...

I like the booth, but I like the white cabinet interior...

Only issue is only about 1200 CCC.... Uggggg

Have you been in that Winnebago 27RLTS trailer yet? We were in one a couple of weeks ago. Very cramped in that entry/kitchen/living area. I don't like that the refrigerator opens right on top of the entry door. If that sofa was in a slide-out it would be way better. Just too cramped for me without a slide there. We like the looks of the new 27RLTS or 27REOK much better. We haven't seen one physically because no one locally has any yet, but have seen videos (particularly the place you linked to in your second post). We do have a brochure that lists GVWR at 9500 lbs on both the 27 models. "Dry" weights seem to be around 8200 from what we have seen. We e-mailed the company about weight specs and that is pretty much what they said too. Said approximate hitch weight would be 1320. Very unique lay-out on the RLTS, with the large dinette at the rear.

When I looked at GD fifth wheels, I noticed that if you look deeper you notice shortcuts, like no pad under the carpet and some cheaper systems options.
So I would compare things like cabinets, water pump, framing around wall openings, etc.
