Has anyone replaced their exterior flood lights with LED bulbs? If so what bulbs did you use and where do you get them? This is the kind of light I am talking about.

those are quality bulbs unlike the ebay ones. those lights can be sealed beam or buld type

They're available all over the place these days. Fire and Paramedic vehicles all have them now , and we are installing them on all of out ENG and Satellite trucks as well. Can't point you anywhere in particular but shouldn't be too hard to,find.. Bring a credit card
The picture doesn't help me at all. We need to know the type of bulb behind the clear round lens cover. I would bet there is an LED replacement bulb available for whatever type bulb you have, but you need to remove the lens to ID the bulb first.
