Sadly we didn't get to use our Carriage 5th wheel this year and we were wondering if the antifreeze from last year is still good ?

anti freezes of all types, that are readily available for all types of consumer use are designed to have a very low rate of evaporation, and to have a high degree of chemical stability so that the chemical composition of its ingredients remain fully in solution and not degrade for a long period (4-6 years and longer)

if it hasnt been diluted, its still doing its thing...

As long as no water has entered the plumbing, you'll be fine, even if using cheap ethanol anti-freeze, that likely evaporated by now.

As long as you got all the water out, no need to worry about the antifreeze.

RV antifreeze evaporates almost as quickly as water (and the ethylene glycol component evaporates more quickly). If I were you, I would add more to the drain traps to be safe.
