2016 Cougar 5th wheel, 284RDB...
Moved into the new home in Post Falls 2nd of November. The parking spot has very deep/thick gravel, maybe 6"-8". Backed it in without any issues, I thought, until I went to disconnect. Everything settled and shifted. Sent to raise and with the weird angles could not get the arm to release. Tried to lower the landing gear and it kept telling me something like year is to low unable to retract... Only way to unhitch was to raise the 5th wheel and unhook the kingpin/hitch head.
What might be the issue here? I looked for a manual crank to lower it but unless I missed something could not find a manual crank...
Thinking because of what looks like too steep of a grade and the angle the leveler is confused...

May just call our dealer tomorrow... And then be taking it to a storage unit instead of the house. May also just have a nice concrete pad poured later right next to the house...
