2"x6" boards, 4 layers, 2" webbing for handle. I believe the first set of these I built lasted almost 14 years. Weight is under 14 lbs.

Here are the supports I designed. They stack together for storage. I didn't have the stall mat on these yet. Being treated wood I wanted them to dry out before putting the rubber on them. I will also post completed, painted pics.

Thank You. I was hesitant about putting them on the internet. I think it is a good enough idea to sell. I'll be carrying some with me when we camp and setting them on the tailgate with a sign.

โ€ƒThe first picture shows the two sizes. Ones made with 2x4's the other with 2x6's. That is two sets so enough for four jacks.

Sorry schlep1967, I haven't done anything yet. Both of our kids have returned home (44 and 42years old) for different medical reasons. Haven't had time to do much of anything besides running them and ourselves to Dr. appointments. Sometimes life is hard.

Sorry to hear about the family medical issues.

I built six more sets. I will have to figure out how to upload photo's to share with everyone else. I have one set that I didn't assemble yet so I can show the piece's with dimensions on them.

I just used some 12" glue lam scraps I had, cut to 12" lengths. I've got 8 of them. I paid for them for a deck rehab project, and wasn't about to let the cutoffs go to waste. ๐Ÿ™‚ I also have a set of lego blocks as well as some scrap 2x4 in a crate. All but the lego blocks were free from rehab projects. Works for me. ๐Ÿ™‚

I did upgrade the four small ones with an internal pc of vertical 3/4 plywood side to side. The top was actually deforming, didn't think I needed the center support!

Of course you can't buy this product in CA, only water based. Three coats really does the job.

12V should be along shortly ,he has built some very nice ones . I too have built some from 2x6's ,and 2x4's stacked double , my son built the same only he went three high . They seemed to have held up well ,I have had mine for several years , I stained mine so they look pretty good .

Thanks for the compliment!

Built mine in 2016. I sanded them down and applied another three coats of oil based finish this Summer. They keep the rams shorter in extension causing the RV to be more stable.

Very nice 12V. I remember you posting these a few years ago, along with how you built them. I thought I had saved the post but I can't find it now. I am getting older and am lucky to be able to find my underwear some mornings!!! LOL

We use Snap Pads
Very efficient. Made of rubber and never fall off. Rarely need our old wood pads any more.
As we have self levelling, only use them every so often if side-to-side is over 2" of level.
