Water heater voltage 3200

Anyone have any issues with their hot water heater?
Water heats up fine just cant get it through the lines all that will come out is cold.
The pressure relief valve is hot. outside shower is off ?
Any ideas?

Your problem is you are trying to heat hot water:p

I would have suggested the bypass as well...seems like youer aware of it. There is a check valve, think that is it's name, located on top of your HW heater that becomes defective. You will gain access to it from inside your unit. You may be able to remove the valve and then hook your water supply line back up to the heater and have water.
I am sure some one will be along to give a better description.

Check valve on the outlet pipe of the hot water heater. Take it out!

I have the bypass valve to the rv position if I turn it up the water turns off.
