Awning beeping

We have a 2021 bounder 33c we put a carefree eclipse awning on. It is hardwired when the house battery and aux on it starts beeping every 30 sec how can we stop it.

You don't state what model and options you have with the Eclipse. IF you have the BT 12 option. Doug

If the motion sensor batteries are low, the awning will beep every 30 seconds
(when the power switch is ON) and the awning will partially retract. This will
continue until the batteries are replaced. The awning will operate normally after
the batteries are replaced.

Mine (Older Weather Pro) used to do that if it got too cold. Flip the sensor switch to off to silence but don't forget to turn it back on if you extend the awning. Meant wind sensor not functional due to cold.

Motion sensor batteries might be low. Did awning retract slightly and then start beeping?
