Furnace

I have a 2018 fleetwood bounder the rear furnace quit working last year it did the same thing this year I replaced the borde last year and it worked ,now
I an looking at the board and it has a red dieod flashing it has a reset I pushed it did nothing?
I don’t have any noumbers to give you

I checked the blue wire going to the fan it had no power but the other blue wire next to it had power I could jump power to the fan and it would run but it still didn't turn on the furnace so I ordered a new board?

If you open the link I posted you can check out the wiring diagram and then Follow the DC to determine where you don't have DC and should

I just checked sail switch it seems to be working when closed it lets electricity threw I jumped the fan to run it ran for more than 30 sec no fire in the box
It’s not sending electricity to the motor I think it’s the board! But it is a new board?

Pull it out and see if ifs got debris on it and clean reinstall and try. If not do you
Have a meter to check for continuity.

Would the sail switch be on the side of the fan?

NO.....
Limit switch is a HIGH Temp Limit switch that trips OPEN if Heat Exchanger overheats

Sail Switch Closes WHEN fan comes up to speed

No Fan starting....1x 3 sec limit switch/airflow
Sounds like Sail Switch is Stuck CLOSED.
Circuit Board will NOT allow any functions to occur when Sail Switch is CLOSED before Fan Runs

Code says ir limit switch or air flow I think it’s limit switch

Last year I had the same problem put in a new board fixed it used it 1or2times I don’t want to bo that every year?

Fast blink or very slow blink?

The Atwood on my Rig occasionally I had to mess with the wires going to the blower. indications were a short but. not exactly a short. never did figure it out. but I finally got it to work reliabialy.

When it Failed. Fan would not run

For other reasons I replace the original T-Stat (The FRONT A/C was the T-Stat) with a simple mechinical (20 bucks from Ace or Aco forget which) and a toggle switch to insure OFF. I added an LED and resistor. the LED would blink dim/bright/dim/bright when it failed. This is why i'm thinking short.

And as I said I never did figure it out. Just got it workign.

Did you turn t-stat OFF then back ON to see if RED Flashing Stops?

Did you check/verify you have DC Voltage to Furnace?

Brand/Model would be VERY helpful.
Should be in paper work you got with the RV
Data Sheet could be glued to inside cabinet door or in a drawer etc.
Brand/Model would be on the Furnace


Blinking Light is an ERROR Code
How many times is the flashing....1x, 2x, 3x etc between pauses?

At least it isn't solid RED...that would be a fault in circuit board

Does the FAN Run?
IF Fan does run does it try to light off.....Click, Click, Click of the spark electrode?

Turning thermostat OFF then back ON should reset the Fault Light and allow for another attempt of furnace operating.
