It looks like it's lifting the rear of the tow vehicle. The dynamics during a panic stop would be terrible.

Well, I've never seen this before as I pretty much stay on the class A forums. I've seen some crazy stuff out there and this is right there at the top. LOL!

Seems like the balance would be way off as the 'fifth wheel hitch' needs support.
