zero belt direction

Got a set of Dayton tires. Size 19.5 Molded on the side it says zero belt direction with an arrow. Not sure if these are directional rotation tires. Google search and forum search not much help. Any Ideas???? thanks

I believe it has to do with the sypes invented by a guy named Sipes,on a tire. These are slits for water to channel through. Put them backwards and they sipe water in instead of out. Not sure which way its spelt.
