Chicken Kiev Air Fryer

Take a boneless skinless chicken breast. Slice a pocket in it length wise and fill it with frozen garlic butter. Toothpick it shut. Dredge it in a beaten up egg. Dip into seasoned flour or seasoned bread crumbs. Put into a Corelle bowl that fits the fryer sprayed with veggie oil. Cook at 350 till the breast reads 160 on an instant read probe. Perfect chicken Kiev for one over wild rice. Want two? Put two in the bowl. Cook time wise is about 15 to 20 minutes. Even with the exhaust fan on and the fryer under it, it smells some. But I like the smell of garlic cooking.

Glad to see your post -- only the 3rd post in this forum since the end of April. And, since we have an air fryer, I will pick up some garlic butter and give this recipe a try!
