uscampgrounds.info has Federal, state, and local campgrounds. Includes almost all FS campgrounds, Corp of Engineer, National Parks, and everything else.

Forestcamping.com gives detailed info on Forest Service campgrounds.

The best Forest Service campgrounds are tiny and usually not advertised online directly. Check out the website for the National Forest you're interested in, they'll likely have a map you can download and the little gems should be marked on it.
