Norcold Refrig problem

Had a bad flat tire recently and it tore out power that went to my Norcold refrigerator now it won’t work when plugged up to power but will work on gas. I noticed by pulling the outside panel off and getting behind refrigerator, I saw the plug from refrigerator going into a receptacle that currently has no power. I assume the cable that flat tire hit must have gone to this AC receptacle. Could I just take AC plug coming from refrigerator and plug it into a available recepticle outside of camper and that will restore my power back?

Check to see if your refer outlet is GFI protected, It may just need to be reset.

You really need to get the receptacle fixed, or pull the circuit breaker to shut off power to that circuit.

That should work assuming there are no other problems with the fridge. It would be good to check the wiring to the receptacle to make sure there isn't anything that can cause a short.
