Ready Brute tow bar warranty repair

I have had my Ready Brute tow bar with built in surge brake for about fourteen years.

The last few uses, the actuater releases for the adjustable arms were getting hard to operate and they weren’t perpendicular to the arms any more.

I had forgotten they had a lifetime warranty. I called to get a RA number ( none reqd) and was told to send it in, it should be covered.

It came back, shipping paid and it looked BRAND NEW,

Every moving part and every bolt was replaced. They painted it and put new decals on it.

I couldn’t be more pleased. They turned it around in two days, too.
My Kharma ran over my Dogma.

They did not, which surprised me a bit. I never lubed that area in the past but I think I’m going to use white lithium spray and wipe it off to not attract as much grit.
