My furnace keeps turning on and lighting but goes out after about 10 seconds. I replaced the burner and igniter last winter along with the blower cage.

Most likely, like Nick said! Sail switch....  There are lots of Tube videos to assist you in diagnosing.

Two distinct possibilities, (1) flame proofer, (2) sail switch.

Instead of throwing parts at it, you should get out an electrical meter and start checking for current as it goes through the system. The Owner's Manual for your furnace should have a sequence of operation and a circuit diagram/electrical diagram.

I need to correct/amend my post. The flame proofer for the main burner is actually probably a high level cutoff/thermostat.
