Battery box for 4 GC2's? No room for 2 boxes.

Doing some battery mounting mods on the TT for my 4 GC2's.

I have one plastic box and one really nice aluminum box from the fine folks at Torklift - Power Armor. They each hold 2 batteries end to end.

It's been a very royal pain in the butt getting the lids off to service the batteries because one box is jammed up against the front of the TT and the other is against the cover for the propane bottles. I turn the air blue every time I have to refill my bottles because I fight and struggle to get the bottle cover off.

Does anyone have a box that holds 4 - GC2's? The thing is, they have to be mounted in a row side by side, not end to end. Don't want a 4 foot wide battery box.

My GC2's are about 7 1/8" wide so that would mean a box about 30 inches wide by about a foot deep. I could place it across the top of the tongue A frame while keeping the batteries tucked behind the bottles.

I know I can do a web search but its more fun to ask all my RV buddies here!

We used this type battery box which we sealed and vented for mounting inside my son’s 5er storage area.
