DOMETIC AC fails to shut down on preset temperature.

My son's 2014 travel trailer with a Dometic AC is experiencing problems and is not shutting down, it continues to cool to lower temperature below the preset.

Is this something that can be corrected?

Have him reset his thermostat. Do a web search on the model of the thermostat, it's very easy to do. It solved my issue of heat and A/C running at same time.

Actually the trailer has been in storage since February when he used it on a trip to the Keys, and that is when he encountered the problem and we are just discussing now how to address the issue, sorry for not being more descriptive.

You have a TT air conditioner that actually cools down an RV in Florida where it 'can' shut off because it reached the desired comfortable temp?! :B
