Help needed Identifing a tool

Hi all

While cleaning up after a wonderful camping trip I found this thing hidden under the spare tire in my rig. The bent head portion moves freely and the handle is curved slightly. It also has a nice powered coated finish.

Anyone care to comment as to what this thing is used for?

I put it there for safe keeping after installing the Road master tow assembly several years ago

It's a tool for releasing the arms on a Roadmaster tow bar if the release button is under tension.
