Leaking jack

What's the fix for a KWIKI jack that leaks only when temps go from 20 and below to 50 and above? Think it has to do with the contraction and expansion rates of the different metals of the sleeve and the tube.

Seal replacement is the only option. Do not know if Kwikkee has rebuild kits or you have to replace the complete cylinder. Doug
