2003 Jayco Kiwi Hybrid Travel Trailer, Model 18F. The trailer is in very good condition and we are the second owners. Lots of storage inside for a small camper. Queen Flip Out Bed on one end and a Double Flip Out Bed on the other end. Absolutely no rips in the canvas or screens, they are in perfect shape. Dinette also folds down for a total sleeping potential of 5-6 people. New tires within the last 500 miles. Very light at ~ 3700 pounds making it easy to tow. Anybody know the black tank size, I recall those tanks were like 6 gallons but not sure?

Have had a TT, PUP, etc. I was just nosing around and for the little we will go this would not be a big outlay in cash. I would think it would need to be below $5,000 however.

Price is always negotiable. Check out camper real good, go up on roof and walk around looking for soft spots, old cracked caulking, tears in the membrane.
Inside, let your nose do the checking, if you smell a damp musty odor, or any other odd odor, there probably is or at one time was a leak and there may or may not be a mold issue. Check corners of the campers, check inside cabinets in the corners and bottom areas for damp or soft spots. Check bunk end door seals and caulking around outside of bunk end. Be through and take your time checking things out. Good Luck.
