CP4 pumps on a nationwide back order and ????? on when they will be available. Tom's truck sitting in Lake Charles, La. (Bolton Ford).

High pressure fuel pump on a diesel runs off wngine camshaft and puts out 20,000 psi. Can't use an in tank pump for that.

All manufacturers seam to have a lot of parts on back order since their suppliers are producing just enough parts to meet new truck production.

Throw in a major safety recall and it can take months to get replacement parts.

I see 9 of those on eBay alone and no mention of back order on dealers websites. Just Google the part number and choose a place to buy. BC3Z-9A543-B

Prolly. Never trust a dealer to help you out.....
If the OP has a 2011, not likely there's any warranty left. Go put a new pump in it and get back on the road.

You can get a pump for about a grand, a CP3 conversion for $1500 or a high output CP4 for about $1800. Not sure what you're talking about......
