I would go with the GY Endurance, it is a premium tire specifically designed for trailer service.

Personally, I have never had an issue with the two sets of China bombs I have had on my TT. I replaced the first set because of age, they were 4 years old when I bought the TT and 7 years old when I replaced them. The second set is still going strong. We average 10,000 miles a year.

I can tell you from personal experience, a road hazard does not care how much you spent for your tires. ๐Ÿ™‚

here is one online supplier of the Hankook RA18, and it appears he carries both the 185 and 195 in 14"

I believe the RA08 has been superceded by the RA18, but don't quote me on that.

If you are using a 205/75-14 and if tire diameter is important ( as in you can't go bigger ) consider a 185-14. In euro size this is a 82 series section height and is just 2/10" less in diameter than your stock 205/75

You are correct this from a tire research web page. So when the time comes I will definitely replace my RAO8 with them.

Rolling resistance has been reduced resulting in a reduction in fuel consumption by an incredible 13%! Also, the RA18 will do 12% more mileage than the Hankook RA08 it replaces"

Maxxis U-168 commercial grade in LT and 14" Euro sizes (205R/14C) a all time favorite with rv and non rv trailer owners. These are a D load range at 65 psi at 1874 or 2270 lbs capacity. Higher load and pressure rated tires require higher load and pressure rated wheels.
The last letter C is a Euro designation for a commercial class all wheel position such as cars/vans/trailers/suv.

JIMNLIN you are correct. That is exactly what I have in the Hankook RAO8's They are 195/R14C the only thing you have to keep on mind is they are a little larger than a US 195/14 they were equivalent to a US 215/14 if I remember correct. Also a plus most of them are speed rated for around 99 MPH and unlike ST tires they are researched and tested more in-depth.

Check out the Hankook RAO8 it is a 14" LT tire. I bought them for mine and after 7,000 miles no issues what so ever. It was the only one I could find that had great reviews that was not J speed rated.

The original question is moot. As far as I can find nobody makes a 14" LT series tire anymore.

ST tires have higher load ratings but load is not what causes most blowouts. Heat causes most blowouts and LT tires dissipate heat better.

So if you are asking what is the best tire to prevent blowouts it is the one that will carry your load AND dissipate heat. Generally a LT tire with a high load rating will work best.
