What is a good canvas treatment/sealant to use on pop up trailers?

I don't see why not, if it's real canvas. Canvas is canvas as long as it's made of cotton. Helps control mold and mildew too.

I would contact the manufacturer before applying any sealant.

I've had a couple of convertibles with real canvas tops, and the 303 fabric guard was by far the best treatment I used on them. Seemed to last longer than any other, and didn't affect the way the fabric looked at all. Beware of waterproofing treatments that have silicone in them.

Almost no one uses real "canvas". It is usually some kind of vinyl coated cloth.
