Looking at the US map I do not see any "real" roads between the two. I have a 40' TT and don't need an adventure. Are some of the secondarys worth trying???

It must be time to go, the suns out and I've got a full tank of diesel!
We have a granite fireplace hearth! Love to be a little different.

We have tried the routes listed above and 55 to 60 and across is by far the best

Thanks for all the suggestions about roads that DON'T go from Memphis to Springfield, that's helpful. Apparently y'all are as bad at reading a map as the OP.
And to be helpful and not just sarcastic. Take 555 to 63 to 60.

60 across Missouri to Springfield is a great road. All 4 lane and an easy drive.

If I remember right, 65 has a stretch of 2 lane in Arkansas that is pretty hilly and twisty. It wouldn't be a big problem, but I would say it would be slow going for 40 miles or so. It sure is pretty though.

We have traveled 55 to 63 up thru Jonesboro, into Mo. then 60 West to springfield many times without incident. We have a 26' trailer, but can't think of any difficulties other than getting fuel around Mammoth Springs area.

We live in Poplar Bluff Mo. I would say that there are 2 choices. I-55 north to Sikeston Mo then US 60 across to Springfield.

Or I-40 to Little Rock Ar to US 65 North.

I know that 55 to 60 is 4 lane the whole way. Just not real sure about 65 north. I'm pretty sure it is though, and lots of big hills between Harrison Ar and Branson
