powered MH door opener

I am thinking about designing a powered entry door mechanism for my MH front entry. Thinking air operated which would allow both speed control and force control. This would really be nice when moving items in and out, no hands needed. I'm aware that I will have to provide a way to disable the latch when in use. Could be touch pad controlled or possibly voice controlled. Anyone seen one commercially made? What are your thoughts and obstacles on such a project? Thank for your thoughts.Dave

Busses were like that for years, maybe you can find one in a junkyard.
