It's also nice to retire to the RV and start the generator when you experience an earthquake or when there is a power outage. I would not buy any RV without a functioning generator, propane/electric fridge, roof air conditioner, stove/oven, microwave, water heater, shower, toilet and awning. We gave up on "roughing it" 40 years ago.
