Where can I buy the print Directory

Saw an ad (on the Good Sam site) for the old style printed Campground Directory but can't find it again. Yes the same information is available on the web..but my navigator is old school and a very good navigator so I don't want to rock the boat.

Tried to check and on my credit card it indicates, I probably paid $5.00 shipping. Still half price or less of what book store wanted..
