Building a custom camper on a pop-up frame - electrical help

Hey everyone,
Looks like a cool forum here.

I picked up a 2003 Coachmen Clipper pop-up that had been gutted and had a tree fall on it. I demo'd the shell down to the trailer, which is in great shape, and plan to build a custom camper on it. I am a carpenter/woodworker so no trouble there in the construction part, but I do need some electrical guidance.

The PO had clipped all the wires running underneath the camper.
This one has trailer brakes.

So, where can I pick up a suitable wiring harness for this? Or where do I start? Where does the high voltage connect/transition to the harness, or is that all from a deep cycle battery?

Just looking for a sort of "step 1" electrical guidance.

Much appreciated!
