RV.net works fine for me using Firefox, kept current, and Windows 10, kept current.

However, most of the time I enter this forum through "https://forums.motorhome.com" which is pretty flawless week after week.

I switched long ago to the goodsam portal, and I seldom have any problems at all.

I had problems yesterday so I logged out.

Today after siging on everything is fine.

As a moderator here, I think you should try to find some way to ENFORCE that suggestion for people to use a portal that is known to work. At least for those who constantly and repeatedly complain about the ones that do NOT work.

I switched to forums.goodsamclub.com about a year ago and have had ZERO problems since then. "My Forums" has been working fine for me right through the current firestorm of complaints.

Facebook groups suck. Try to find some stuff that has been posted in the past, even as short a time as 3 months. Fat chance. Can you post according to what subject you want to talk about within the group? Constantly having to expand a subject to read all the comments is a pain. For actual and constant long term sharing of information Facebook lags behind actual forums. For chatty stuff that no one will be interested in tomorrow it works fine.

TrailerLife portal to the forum works with no issues except for the My Forums won't load. But I never use that so not a problem.

Yep. Go to goodsam. Not sure why that works and rv.net does not.

i changed entry portals (another doorway to these forums) after getting all the 404 errors using the rv.net

From my experience with FB, it would be extremely hard to refer back to a message that you want to follow or even worse, try finding one for a year from now. FB only shows you what they want you to see.

Yup, doesn't load for me either. New technology operating system sounds great. Maybe you could fund a GoFundMe to get things started. The forum is free, few ads, and has tons of info. It ain't perfect, but few things are.

Mine loads, but it takes close to a minute to do so. The entire forum is just slower to do everything. Has been getting worse over the last few weeks, I'd say. Also get occasional "can't get there from here" failures as well.
