Whirlpool refrigerator

I have a 2016 Cedar Creek with the residential whirlpool refrigerator, while making ice, it must be putting too much water, or leaking extra in. The cubes are all frozen together in the bin. Is there an adjustment on how much water goes in, or possibly other things happening? Thanks

Check to see if there is a defrost cycle and if it is adjustable. It may be running too long and causing the cubes to melt slightly before freezing again.
